Found the pattern
Diana posted a comment and she found a BB Bag. Thanks for searching! The one I was searching for was produced by Tracey Brookshier and it too is a BB Bag. I found one source for it out of North Carolina.

Linda, I did a search for "Tracey Brookshier" and it is the same bag! It is carried by Checker, so any fairly large quilt shop should be able to order it for you.
